My sessions are simple, supportive, and paced so your nervous system can exhale. We meet your body exactly where it is, we move with care, and we end with a soothing finish so you leave lighter and more grounded. If you’re new, you’ll be guided step by step and never rushed. A sound bath is a guided rest experience where you lie comfortably and listen as soothing tones ripple through the room. The layers of sound help your nervous system downshift, quiet busy thoughts, and release tension without you having to “do” anything.

Wear comfy layers, bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, and a small pillow or eye mask if you like. Water is great. Phones on silent. That’s it.

Currently offered as both private and semi private / small group sessions as well as monthly community Full Moon classes.

You’re encouraged to rest with eyes closed, but you can shift anytime to stay comfortable, and no judgement if you want to take a peek at what I’m doing for certain sounds that resonate with you. Most people feel lighter and sleep more deeply afterward, so leave a little space in your day to ease back in.

Find us in Sherborn, MA near the Holliston line. Breathe Barn is a real barn studio nestled in Sandra’s backyard, set within a quiet residential neighborhood. You’ll arrive to a calm, wooded setting that feels worlds away and invites your whole system to exhale.
Life is full. You’re welcome to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session or event at no charge; within 24 hours, late cancels and no‑shows are charged in full so we can honor the time and limited spaces prepared for you.
