Treat yourself to a private sound journey designed to help you settle into a deep, restorative state where your mind and body can fully unwind. Each session is personalized, using a combination of sound tools such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums, or other sound tools chosen specifically for your needs.
During your session, sound waves and gentle vibrations work to calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and create space for clarity and relaxation. Every sound journey at Breathe Barn is unique and can be shaped around themes such as the lunar cycle, seasonal changes, your current emotional state, or any intentions or goals you’d like to focus on.
Whether you’re seeking grounding, stress relief, creativity, or simply a moment to breathe, your session will be crafted to meet you where you are.
Group Sound Baths are also available, up to 6 clients at Breathe Barn or let us come to your space!

Experience Sound TherapySound Bath
Settle onto a cozy mat, close your eyes, and let gentle waves of sound wash over you. As tones layer and soften, your breath slows, your nervous system unwinds, and tension releases without effort. Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready for real rest. No experience needed. Wear what’s comfortable and come as you are.

A sound bath is a guided rest experience where you lie comfortably and listen as soothing tones ripple through the room. The layers of sound help your nervous system downshift, quiet busy thoughts, and release tension without you having to “do” anything.
-
Wear comfy layers, bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, and a small pillow or eye mask if you like. Water is great. Phones on silent. That’s it.

Currently offered as both private and semi private / small group sessions as well as monthly community Full Moon classes.
No experience needed.
You’re encouraged to rest with eyes closed, but you can shift anytime to stay comfortable, and no judgement if you want to take a peek at what I’m doing for certain sounds that resonate with you. Most people feel lighter and sleep more deeply afterward, so leave a little space in your day to ease back in.
